Structural Optimization Design of Pulsed Eddy Current Sensor Based on Response Surface Method
The sensor of pulse eddy current testing technology is studied,and the structural parameters of the sensor are opti-mized.The sensor is mainly composed of conical skeleton,coil,magnetic core and insulator.The results show that the mag-netic induction intensity of the magnetic focusing sensor is 28.41%higher than that of the traditional sensor,and the focusing range is reduced by 66.6%.The calculation results are within the error range,indicating that the optimized focusing sensor structure is reasonable and feasible.It further provides reference value for the design of pulse eddy current probe.
