牵引电机PHM系统分时调度技术应用

为了有效提升轨道交通城轨列车牵引电机运行效率,保障列车安全稳定行驶,降低因牵引电机故障导致列车停运等突发情况发生的概率,研究了城轨列车牵引电机故障诊断与预测技术.基于Linux操作系统开发,针对故障分析涉及的数据量大、计算要求复杂等情况,利用Linux系统多进程共享内存通信机制进行了系统分时调度设计.通过分设多个功能模块,合理利用状态标志保证数据一致性,提高系统数据处理效率.研究设计的列车牵引电机PHM系统已在某市地铁2号线上进行了应用并取得良好效果.
Application of Time-sharing Scheduling Technology in Traction Motor PHM System
In order to improve the operation efficiency of the traction motor effectively with the urban rail transit train,ensure the safe and stable running of the train,reduce the probability of emergencies such as train outage caused by the failure of the traction motor,we develop the prognostics and health management technology by the traction motor based on the Linux operat-ing system.Aiming at the characteristic of analyze data that the amount of data and the overall algorithm computational com-plexity,the time-sharing scheduling technology is designed by the Linux multi-process shared memory of communication,which can ensure the consistency of data and improve the efficiency of data processing.The train traction motor PHM system has been applied in metro Line 2 of a city and the suitable results have been obtained.
