有限成本约束下的电力系统柔性响应能力优化方法

电力系统的柔性响应能力在不同条件下差距较大,因此基于有限成本约束理论设计电力系统柔性响应能力的优化方法,得到以月度报价为核心的竞价函数.结合单次抑制率,计算需求响应抑制因子.在长度波形的影响下得到一维特征识别的向量,获取不同条件下特征点的可信度,以最小运行成本设计目标函数,基于有限成本约束理念建立电力紧急需求响应模型;设计电力系统柔性响应能力优化算法,得到响应能力的优化方法.实验结果表明,该优化方法在不同时段内,电力系统柔性响应能力的优化效果较好.
Optimization Method of Power System Flexible Response Capability under Finite Cost Constraints
The flexible response capability of power system varies greatly under different conditions.Therefore,an optimization method of flexible response capability of power system is designed based on finite cost constraint theory to get the bidding func-tion with the monthly quotation.We calculate the demand response inhibition factor combined with the single inhibition rate.Under the influence of the length waveform,the vector of one-dimensional feature recognition is obtained,the credibility of fea-ture points under different conditions is obtained,the objective function is designed with the minimum operation cost,and the power emergency demand response model is established based on the concept of finite cost constraint.The optimization algo-rithm of flexible response capability of power system is designed,and the optimization method of response capability is ob-tained.The experimental results show that the optimization method has better optimization effect on the flexible response capa-bility of power system in different periods.
