摘要

针对原始业务数据干扰较大,电力业务筛选结果准确率较低且耗时较长的问题,提出了基于随机森林算法的电力数字化优先业务自动筛选方法.使用密度峰值聚类算法,确定电力数字化业务优先级影响因素.使用随机森林算法对电力数字化业务进行评估排序,完成业务优先级分析.设定电力业务筛选规则,实现电力数字化优先业务自动化筛选.实验结果证实,此方法可提升筛选结果精准度,降低筛选过程的耗时,可以进一步提升电力系统业务处理性能.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of large interference of original business data,low accuracy and long time-consuming of pow-er business screening results,an automatic screening method of power digital priority business based on random forest algo-rithm is proposed.The density peak clustering algorithm is used to determine the influencing factors of power digital business priority.The random forest algorithm is used to evaluate and sort the power digital business and complete the business priority analysis.The power business screening rules are set to realize the automatic screening of power digital priority business.The experimental results show that this method can improve the accuracy of screening results,reduce the time-consuming of screen-ing process,and further improve the business processing performance of power system.
