摘要

传统电力系统调度能力滞后,而基于信息交换系统(IES)能提高电力调度能力.通过构建调度控制中心、运行中心和监测中心的调度系统提高了用户应用效率,并设计了微型电力储能装置,将电力系统中的电力能源管理器、各终端负荷、储能装置、变电站及其他模块相互结合,提高了能源分布式储能过程和电网联网的控制,并通过微电流计算法(CES)构建数学模型,使电力系统调度能力大大增强.通过实验数据表明,该研究设计硬件最高监测精度可达97.3%.

Abstract

Aiming at the lag of traditional power system dispatching capability,the power dispatching capability is improved based on the information exchange system(IES)system model,and the user application efficiency is improved by constructing dispatching control center,operation center and monitoring center dispatching system.Micro power energy storage device,which combines the power energy manager,terminal loads,energy storage devices,substations and other modules in the power system,improves the control of energy distributed energy storage process and grid networking,and calculates through micro current The cranial electrotherapy stimulation(CES)is used to build a mathematical model,which greatly enhances the power system scheduling ability.The experimental data show that the highest monitoring accuracy of the hardware designed in this study can reach 97.3%.
