基于挖掘技术的电力营销客户档案数字化管理

当前电力营销客户档案数字化管理方法档案处理能力不佳,导致电力营销客户档案类别划分存在可靠性较低,对此设计了基于数据挖掘技术的电力营销客户档案数字化管理系统.使用OCR技术完成档案数字化处理,并对处理过程中的异常进行补偿.使用灰色聚类技术,控制数字档案质量.选用贝叶斯分类方法,对数字档案中的信息进行分类处理.完成基于数据挖掘技术的电力营销客户档案数字化管理方法设计.构建实验环节,对此方法的应用效果加以分析.多轮实验结果表明,此方法可有效提升档案数字化处理质量以及数字档案类别划分可靠性.在现有档案管理水平条件下,实现了高品数据划分与采集,对各类营销数据使用效果一致性较好.
Digital Management of Power Marketing Customer Archives Based on Mining Technology
The poor archives processing ability of the current power marketing customer archives digital management method,may lead to the problem of low reliability in the classification of power marketing customer archives categories.Therefore,this paper designs a power marketing customer archives digital management system based on data mining technology.This paper use OCR technology to complete the digital processing of archives,and compensate for abnormalities in the processing process.This paper also use grey clustering techniques to control the quality of digital archives.The Bayesian classification method is used to classify the information in the digital archives.The design of digital management method of electric power marketing customer archives is then completed based on data mining technology.This paper construct the experimental link to analyze the application effect of this method.The results of multiple rounds of experiments show that this method can effectively improve the quality of digital archives processing and the reliability of digital file classification.Under the existing archives management level,the division and collection of high-quality data are realized,and the use effect of various marketing data is consistent.
