Fault Sound Source Location Method of Substation Relay Protection Equipment Based on Hidden Markov Model
In order to improve the accuracy of fault sound source location of substation relay protection equipment,a method of fault sound source location of substation relay protection equipment based on hidden Markov model is proposed.Using the Ma-halanobis distance of hidden Markov model, the decay stages of sound source at different heights are determined.According to the process of state transition, the decay probability of relay protection equipment is calculated. The data processing algorithm is used to predict the performance degradation of substation relay protection equipment. The characteristic parameters of fault sound source are determined by Mel frequency cepstrum coefficient, and the characteristics of sound source are extracted by combining the principle of discrete cosine transform. The matching pursuit decomposition method is used to calculate the ampli-tude and time-frequency of the fault sound source, cluster method is used analyzed the signal characteristics of the fault sound source, and the fault sound source location can be found. The experimental results show that the positioning accuracy of fault sound source of relay protection equipment is controlled above 80%,which improves the positioning accuracy and positioning efficiency of fault sound source and can ensure the stable operation of relay protection equipment.
