随着国家对于新型智能电网发展要求不断提升,传统的电力监测与管理系统已经无法满足对数据可靠性与监测准确性日益增长的需求.相比于高压与中压电网,与人们生活密切相关的低压电网停电处理优化工作更易被忽视.针对该问题,结合高速电力线载波技术和通用大数据而设计的低压停电感知与监测系统,提供了友好的管理界面,实现了低成本的低压配电网服务提升,解决了停电信息的误判漏报等问题,为智能电网性能提升提供了值得参考的解决方案.
Design and Implementation of Low-voltage Outage Sensing and Detection System
With the continuous development of new smart grids and state requirements,traditional power monitoring and man-agement system has been unable to meet the growing demand for data reliability and monitoring accuracy.Compared with high-voltage and medium-voltage power grids,the optimization of power outage problems in low-voltage power grids,which are closely related to the people's daily life,is easier to be ignored.Aiming at this problem,a low-voltage power outage sensing and monitoring system is designed by combining HPLC sensing technology and general big data model,it provides a friendly management interface to achieve low-cost low-voltage distribution network service improvement.It provides solutions of prob-lems such as misjudgment and omission of power outage information,and is worthy of reference in smart grid promotion.
