In order to make effective use and management of library resources,improve the utilization rate of library resources and the participation of teachers and students,this paper develops an electronic teaching reference system based on J2EE plat-form.It analyzes the problems in the existing electronic teaching reference system,designs the system from the aspects of the overall architecture,functional modules,database and system testing,establishes an electronic teaching reference system based on J2EE platform and B/S three-tier architecture,realizes the integrated utilization of library resources,and improves the secu-rity of the system.The test results show that the system can run safely and stably,and can meet the needs of readers and us-ers.The visit volume of the electronic teaching reference system based on J2EE has been greatly increased,which is favored by the majority of teachers and students,and can better provide knowledge services for teachers and students'teaching and scien-tific research.
