基于VR技术的开关柜倒闸操作实训系统设计

针对开关柜倒闸操作实训存在安全隐患大、培训方式单一、投资成本高等问题,设计一套基于虚拟现实(VR)技术的开关柜倒闸操作实训系统.利用SolidWorks和3DS Max对开关柜及柜内设备进行模型搭建,Unity3D平台完成脚本开发,结合VR设备实现在开关柜的虚拟场景中实训介绍、设备学习、倒闸操作、自主考察等功能.培训结果表明,该系统提高了操作人员的训练效果,降低了实际操作发生误操作的风险,避免了可能出现的严重后果.
Design of Switchgear Switching Operation Training System Based on VR Technology
In view of the safety hazards of personnel and equipment,and the single training method and the high investment cost of the switchgear operation training,a set of switchgear switching operation training system based on virtual reality(VR)tech-nology is designed.The design combines 3DS Max with SolidWorks to build a model of the switch cabinet and the equipment in the cabinet.The model is imported into the Unity3D platform to complete the script development.The developed training sys-tem can carry out virtual training operations,and realize the functions of practical training introduction,equipment learning,switching operation,and independent inspection in the virtual scene of the switch cabinet.The training results show that the system improves the training effect of operators,reduces the risk of misoperation in actual operation,and avoids possible seri-ous consequences.
