Based on seat reservation data from library,this study analyzes user reservation behavior.This paper selects 7 factors that affect the public environment,i.e.,proximity to windows or not,proximity to sides or not,density,proximity to corri-dors or not,proximity to bookshelf or not,proximity to toilets or not,and proximity to water dispensers or not.Based on the booking duration of seats corresponding to the influencing factors in each area of the library,through the grey correlation analy-sis method,this paper analyzes the data of reservation corresponding to the influencing factors in each area of the library,and obtains the primary and secondary influencing factors.The analysis results indicate that:the most important influencing factor is proximity to sides or not.Better seats need to be located away from the restroom.Meanwhile,seats by the window are also attractive to users.Due to the influence of the digital era,the factor that has the least impact on user behavior is proximity to bookshelf or not.
