基于BIM技术的电力工程施工管理系统的应用及实践

为了提高电力工程项 目的施工质量和施工效率,控制施工成本,提出一种基于BIM技术的电力工程施工管理系统.该系统主要由数据层、服务层、应用层构成.数据层以BIM中央数据库作为数据处理单元,存储施工资料、整个数据;服务层通过数据预处理、点云计算、点云配准、点云融合实现BIM模型的构建;应用层通过BIM模型与施工各环节建立联系,实现电力工程施工的全程管理.系统应用结果表明,经过该系统调配后,施工工作面合理、有序,可优化施工人数、提升施工质量、缩短施工周期、降低施工成本.
Application and Practice of Power Engineering Construction Management System Based on BIM Technology
In order to improve the construction quality,construction efficiency,and control the construction cost of power engi-neering projects,a power engineering construction management system based on BIM technology is proposed.The system mainly consists of data layer,service layer and application layer.In the data layer,BIM central database is used as the data processing unit to store the construction data and the whole data.The service layer realizes BIM model construction through da-ta preprocessing,point cloud computing,point cloud registration and point cloud fusion.The application layer establishs the connection with each link of construction through BIM model to realize the whole process management of power engineering construction.The application results show that the construction face after deployment of the system is reasonable and orderly,which can optimize the number of construction workers,improve the construction quality,shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost.
