摘要

针对目前提出的配电网调度模型精度较低、误差补偿能力较差的问题,提出一种基于分布式电源的新型配网综合自动化调度模型.同时建立风电概率模型和出力概率模型,通过加强高斯混合分布函数计算风电出力.根据电网峰值次数与节点电压幅值得到系统网损,建立目标函数,通过约束条件进行优化控制,在得到 目标函数模糊集后建立调度模型,通过信息改进、算法检验比较遗传算子,利用顺序编码实现优化调度.实验结果表明,基于分布式电源的新型配网综合自动化调度模型具有极好的收敛稳定性,调度精度更高,调度过程中网损减少50%以上,节点期望值始终在0.98 pu以上,具有高可行性.

Abstract

Aimed at the problems of low accuracy and poor error compensation capability of the proposed distribution network dispatching model,a new integrated automatic dispatching model for distribution network is proposed based on distributed pow-er generation.At the same time,the wind power probability model and the output probability model are established,and the wind power output is calculated by strengthening the Gaussian mixture distribution function.According to the power grid peak times and node voltage amplitudes,the system network loss is obtained,the objective function is established,and the optimal control is carried out through the constraints.After the fuzzy set of the objective function is obtained,the scheduling model is established,and used to implement optimal scheduling.The experimental results show that the new integrated automatic scheduling model of distribution network based on distributed power supply has excellent convergence stability,higher schedu-ling accuracy,the network loss during the scheduling process is reduced by more than 50%,and the node expectation value is always above 0.98 pu,which has high feasibility.
