为了借助信息化手段实现审计项 目全周期管理,在评估现实的信息化条件的基础上,分析审计项 目管理的现状和存在的问题,进一步明确系统需求.基于系统需求,在企业CMOS系统的计划管理模块功能基础上,从基础设施层(IaaS)、中间件层(PaaS)、研发体系层等七个层级进行系统架构设计,并通过管控页面和逻辑表单进行系统功能设计,实现对审计项 目作业的持续监督和全周期管理信息化.该系统设计可视化了内部审计项 目的时间范围和空间范围,实现了审计作业集中化的远程网络审计,促进了审计信息的流通和共享.
Design and Practice of Full-cycle Management of Audit Projects Based on CMOS System
In order to realize the full-cycle management of audit projects with the help of information technology,this paper e-valuates the existing information foundation and conditions,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of audit project management,and further clarifies the system requirements.Based on the system requirements,on the basis of the function of the plan management module of the enterprise CMOS system,the system architecture is designed from seven levels,including the infrastructure layer(IaaS),the middleware layer(PaaS),and the R&D system layer,and the system function design is carried out through the control page and logical form,to achieve continuous supervision of audit project operations and full-cy-cle management information.The design of the system visualizes the time and space scope of the internal audit project,realizes the centralized remote network audit of audit operations,and promotes the circulation and sharing of audit information.
