The virtual loop verification system of intelligent substation based on template knowledge base establishes the SCD file analysis knowledge base,and establishes the basic knowledge base of virtual loop which store basic virtual loop associations to generate the standard template knowledge base of different voltage levels and wiring modes.After obtaining the SCD file ar-chived and released by the substation,the system parses the SCD file through the SCD analysis knowledge base,generates the primary and secondary data model,intelligently associates the matched standard template knowledge base,checks the SCD ac-cording to the standard template knowledge base,and generates the virtual loop verification report,which is submitted to the SCD integrator for rectification.The system is applied in Chongqing Electric Power Company and achieves good results.
