Because of the low efficiency of the current smart electricity meter on-site operation and maintenance methods,an op-eration and maintenance system based on Android terminal is designed.Using Android mobile phone and infrared transceiver module,it mainly realizes automatic collection of on-site operation and maintenance data and intelligent diagnosis of abnormal state of smart electricity meter.The design can promote the working efficiency and quality.
