基于数字孪生技术的电力站房全景可视化运检系统设计

针对电力站房运行温度与湿度难以监测,运行状态运检效率较低的问题,设计基于数字孪生技术的电力站房全景可视化运检系统.结合数字孪生技术获得此类有价值数据的孪生数据并传输至虚拟层;虚拟层运用所接收的孪生数据构建电力站房孪生模型,全景可视化呈现电力站房的动态运行检测数据;由服务层存储物理层与虚拟层所产生数据,便于用户实时查询,并依据存储中的异常数据及时呈现预警信息,实现电力站房的全景可视化运行检测.结果表明,该系统可通过电力站房孪生模型,实现对电力站房的全景可视化逼真呈现,监测电力站房内机柜的实时运行温度与湿度,可有效保障电力站房的日常平稳运行与安全供电.
Design of Panoramic Visual Inspection System for Power Station House Based on Digital Twin Technology
Aimed at the problems of difficulties in monitoring the operation temperature and humidity of power station and low efficiency of operation inspection,a panoramic visual operation inspection system for power station building based on digital twin technology is designed.Combined with digital twin technology,the twin data of such valuable data can be obtained and transmitted to the virtual layer.The virtual layer uses the received twin data to build the twin model of the power station build-ing,and the panoramic visualization presents the dynamic operation detection data of the power station building;The service layer stores the data generated by the physical layer and the virtual layer,which is convenient for users to query in real time,and timely presents the early warning information according to the abnormal data in the storage,so as to realize the panoramic visual operation detection of the power station building.Testing results show that the system can realize the panoramic visual-ization of the power station building through the twin model of the power station building,monitor the real-time operating tem-perature and humidity of the cabinet in the power station building,and effectively ensure the daily stable operation and safe power supply of the power station building.
