PLC模糊PID控制系统在隧道照明节能控制中的应用

我国公路隧道里程逐年增加,通过在隧道中布置照明系统来保证行车安全和满足司机良好的视觉需要,但照明费用在隧道运营成本中占据比例较高.针对这一问题,设计照明节能控制系统,通过现场PLC连接远程上位机,采用模糊PID算法实现隧道照明控制,通过控制灯具变功率调光从而实现节能.设计了系统的控制架构,给出了采集隧道实际亮度和需求亮度的方法,提出了模糊PID控制算法实现的流程.通过实验证明,提出的方法能有效实现隧道的照明节能.
Application of PLC Fuzzy PID Control System to Tunnel Lighting Saving Energy Control
The mileage of highway tunnel is increasing year by year in China.In the tunnel,the lighting system is arranged to ensure the driving safety and meet the drivers'good visual need.However,the lighting cost occupies a high proportion of tun-nel operating costs.This paper designs lighting saving energy control system to solve the problem.The system is connected to the remote host computer through the field PLC,uses fuzzy PID algorithm to realize the tunnel lighting control,and realizes the energy saving by controlling the variable power dimming of lamps.In this paper,the control structure of the system is de-signed,the method of collecting the actual brightness and the required brightness of the tunnel is given,and the flow of fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed.The experiment shows that the proposed method can effectively realize the energy saving of tunnel lighting.
