双碳战略下档案库房安全保护智能化建设

为了提升电力企业档案库房管理的信息化水平,开展双碳战略下档案库房安全保护智能化建设研究.在档案库房中布设视频监控、温湿度监测、库房门禁人脸识别等安全防护设备,对档案库房进行全方位监控,采集库房现场环境数据、人脸图像、视频图像等档案库房信息.针对档案库房信息实施灰度化、滤波增强、去噪、填补以及归一化处理.利用FAST算法提取档案库房图像特征,以此为基础,实现档案库房环境、门禁、房内的安全监控.结果表明:应用所研究方法,可对档案库房的温度和湿度进行监测,判断其存在异常可及时调控;通过档案库房门禁监控,实现了内部人员和非内部人员的身份识别,有效阻止了非内部人员的进入;可实时观测库房内部监控图像,实现了档案库房的安全监控.
Intelligent Construction of Archives Warehouse Safety Protection under the Double Carbon Strategy
In order to improve the informatization level of archives warehouse management of power enterprises,research on in-telligent construction of archives warehouse security protection under the double carbon strategy is carried out.Video monito-ring,temperature and humidity monitoring,warehouse access control face recognition and other safety protection equipments are set to conduct all-round monitoring of the archives warehouse and collect the environmental data,face images,video images and other archives warehouse information on the warehouse site.According to the information in the archives warehouse,the grayscale,filter enhancement,denoising,filling and normalization are realized.FAST algorithm is used to extract the image features of the archives warehouse,and based on this,the security monitoring of the archives warehouse environment,access control and the room is realized.The results show that the temperature and humidity of the archives warehouse can be moni-tored by using the research method,and the abnormal conditions can be determined and adjusted in time.Through the access control of the archives warehouse,the identification of internal personnel and non-internal personnel is realized,which effec-tively prevents the entry of non-internal personnel.The internal monitoring image of the warehouse can be observed in real time,which realizes the security monitoring of the archives warehouse.
