摘要

随着配电网结构越来越复杂,配电网发生故障的概率越来越大.传统的配电网主站集中式和就地协同自愈动作方式具有自身的优势和不足,难以同时满足配电网自愈动作要求故障定位精度高、故障隔离迅速.在对几种典型的配电网自由技术分析的基础上,提出一种基于主站集中与就地分布式的自愈控制技术,利用分布式智能方式故障处理速度快、可靠性高的优势,迅速切断故障点,并确定故障隔离范围;利用主站容错率高、自适应能力强、能精确定位故障的优势,进一步缩小隔离范围,并生成优化处理策略,恢复负荷供电,减小故障影响范围.通过建立新的融合型自愈控制策略,能提高自愈技术对配电网故障处理精确度和及时性.

Abstract

As the distribution network structure becomes more complex,the probability of distribution network failure is in-creasing.The traditional centralized master station and local distribution self-healing operation mode has its own advantages and deficiencies,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of high fault positioning accuracy and rapid fault isolation of the self-healing centrol requirements of the distribution network simultaneously.Based on the analysis of several typical free technolo-gies of distribution network,a self-healing control technology based on centralized master station and local distribution is put forward with the advantages of fast fault handling speed and high reliability,the distributed intelligent method can quickly cut off the fault point and determine the fault isolation range.It further reduces the isolation range,generates optimal processing strategy,restores load power supply and reduces the influence range of faults.The new integrated self-healing control strategy can improve the accuracy and timeliness of self-healing technology for distribution network fault processing.
