台风天气下配电网风险恢复能力评估分析

针对目前评估配电网恢复能力时存在各级负荷权重分配不合理、评估精度低等缺陷,依据蒙特卡罗方法设计了一种新型的配电网恢复力评估模型.以台风为例,建立极端天气事件影响量化模型.采取蒙特卡罗方法,模拟极端天气的全过程,以创设极端天气事件下的相关故障场景.提出一种基于PSO的负荷损失多 目标优化算法,从而根据综合负荷损失求解配电网系统的恢复能力指标.实验阶段,以IEEE33总线系统分析极端天气事件对配电网的影响.结果表明,所提基础模型在改进PSO算法优化后的性能明显优于其他方法,评估准确率为0.9575.仿真结果深入地验证了所提模型在评估配电网恢复能力方面起到的借鉴作用.
Research on the Risk Resilience Assessment of Distribution Network Under Typhoon Weather
Aiming at the defects of unreasonable load weight distribution and low evaluation accuracy in the current assessment of distribution network resilience,a distribution network resilience assessment model based on Monte Carlo method is pro-posed.Taking typhoon as an example,a quantitative model of the impact of extreme weather events is established.The whole process of extreme weather is simulated based on Monte Carlo method,so as to generate the fault scenario under extreme weather events.A multi-objective optimization algorithm of load loss based on PSO is proposed to solve the resilience index of distribution network system according to the comprehensive load loss.In the experiments,the influence of extreme weather e-vents on distribution network is analyzed by IEEE33 bus system.The results show that the performance of the proposed basic model after the optimization of the improved PSO algorithm is significantly better than other methods,and the assessment accu-racy is 0.9575.The simulation results further verify that the proposed model can be used as a reference for the assessment of distribution network resilience.
