Research on Signal Integrity about Multi-connector Topology in Liquid Cooling Server
The signal quality of three high-speed connector topologies and four high-speed connector topologies in liquid cooling and air cooling environments is simulated.The space between high-speed connectors in four high connector topologies is simula-ted in liquid cooling environment.The simulation results show that the signal quality of PCIe 5.0 Tx channel in air cooling en-vironment is better than that in liquid cooling environment.The number of high-speed connectors has a greater impact on the signal quality of PCIe 5.0 Tx channel in liquid cooling environment than that in air cooling environment.The optimized space between high-speed connectors can improve the signal quality of PCIe 5.0 Tx channel in liquid cooling environment.
