针对变电站绝缘子的自动清洗需求,设计一套基于点云处理的绝缘子位姿估计系统,以解决传统视觉方法使用效果差的问题.根据绝缘子定位所需要的三维点云信息,构建通过舵机带动2D激光雷达俯仰的点云扫描系统.采用随机抽样一致(RANSAC)算法对绝缘子外形进行拟合,从而获取绝缘子的关键位姿参数,最后通过实验验证了方案的有效性.
Research on Insulator Pose Estimation Based on Point Cloud Processing
Aimed at the requirement of automatic cleaning of insulators in substations,an insulator pose estimation system based on point cloud processing is designed to solve the problem of poor performance of traditional visual methods.Based on the 3D point cloud information required for insulator location,a 2D lidar pitch point cloud scanning system driven by a steering engine is constructed.The insulator shape is fitted by a random sample consensus(RANSAC)algorithm,so as to obtain the key pose parameters of the insulator.The validity of the scheme is verified by experiments.
