基于AHP-熵-TOPSIS理论的输电线路灾害风险研究

为了开展对输电线路的灾害风险评估,提出一种输电线路灾害风险评估方法.利用改进的属性约简算法对选取的指标进行约简,利用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权(EW)法结合的主客观综合评价法计算约简后指标的组合权重,采用逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)模型对输电线路灾害风险进行评价排序来作为最终评价结果.以实际运行的3条输电线路为例,结果表明该评估模型科学地考虑了影响输电线路运行的各种因素,并对选取指标的重要性进行了综合比较和分析,使评价结果更加准确,可以作为输电线路灾害风险评估的一种方法.
Research on Disaster Risk of Transmission Line Based on AHP-Entropy-TOPSIS Theory
For the purpose of transmission line disaster risk assessment,a transmission line disaster risk assessment method is proposed.The improved attribute reduction algorithm is used to reduce the selected indicators.The subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation method combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entroy weight(EW)method is used to cal-culate the combination weight of the reduced indicators.Technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal soluation(TOPSIS)model is used to evaluate the disaster risk of transmission line as the final evaluation result.Take three transmission lines in actual operation as an example.The results show that the evaluation method scientific considers various factors affect-ing the transmission line,and comprehensively compares and analyzes the importance of selecting indicators,which makes the evaluation results more accurate and can be used as a method to evaluate the disaster risk of transmission line.
