Power Grid Technical Transformation Project Group Management Based on Adaptive KFCM
The multi project management evaluation of power grid technical transformation is studied,and a power grid technical transformation project group management method based on adaptive KFCM is proposed.The multi index evaluation system of project group is established,and the multi evaluation indexes are assigned by the improved expert scoring method.The subjec-tive weight judgment function of experts is constructed to accurately measure the authority of experts.The adaptive KFCM al-gorithm is designed by defining clustering self-determination index and using dragonfly algorithm to optimize KFCM iterative process,so as to improve KFCM clustering ability.The adaptive KFCM is used to evaluate the power grid technical transfor-mation project group,so as to provide feasible project management evaluation basis for decision-makers.Simulation results show that compared with other clustering algorithms,adaptive KFCM algorithm has better clustering effect and can give a rea-sonable management decision-making scheme of power grid technical transformation project group.
