为了使有源配电网以最小经济代价实现安全平稳运行,构建一种基于新能源消纳能力的有源配电网运行智能调度模型.以多个电气限制为约束条件,明确配电网支路功率与发电出力取值范围;计算火电机组和水力机组发电出力,应用时序仿真法评估新能源消纳能力.以系统运行调度成本、可再生资源利用率和网损水平3个指标为基础,构建有源配电网运行智能调度模型.实验结果表明,所建模型经济适用性强,在提高发电利用率的同时能够降低网络有功损耗,鲁棒性强.
Intelligent Scheduling Model of Active Distribution Network Operation Based on New Energy Consumption Capacity
In order to realize the safe and stable operation of active distribution network with minimum economic cost,an intelli-gent scheduling model of active distribution network operation based on new energy consumption capacity is constructed.Tak-ing multiple electrical restrictions as constraints,the value range of branch power and generation output of distribution network are clarified.We calculate the power generation output of thermal power units and hydraulic units,and apply the time series simulation method to evaluate the consumption capacity of new energy.Based on the three indicators of system operation sched-uling cost,renewable resource utilization and network loss level,an intelligent scheduling model for active distribution network operation is constructed.The experimental results show that the model has strong economic applicability,can reduce the active power loss of the network while improving the utilization of power generation,and has strong robustness.
