摘要

及时、准确地了解分布式电力负荷精益转换装置状态是检修维护工作的前提和基础.在此背景下,研究一种分布式电力负荷精益转换装置异常状态线性加权评估模型.在指标初选的基础上,计算每个评估指标的累计贡献率,选出累计贡献率达到85%及以上的指标作为最终的评估指标,构建评估指标体系.利用改进层次分析法计算指标权重,然后与指标分值相乘,得出分布式电力负荷精益转换装置状态得分.对比状态等级划分标准,确定异常程度.对比实验结果表明:该方法能够有效评估分布式电力负荷精益转换装置异常状态,准确率最高达到99.2%.可以为提高装置运行质量提供参考.

Abstract

It is the premise and foundation for the implementation of the maintenance work to timely and accurately understand the status of the distributed power load lean conversion device.Under this background,a linear weighted evaluation model for abnormal state of distributed power load lean conversion device is studied.On the basis of the preliminary selection of indica-tors,the cumulative contribution rate of each assessment indicator is calculated,and the indicators with a cumulative contribu-tion rate of 85%or more are selected as the final assessment indicators to build an assessment indicator system.The improved analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the index weight,and then the index score is multiplied to obtain the state score of the distributed power load lean conversion device.The degree of abnormality is determined by comparing the state classifica-tion standard.The comparative experimental results show that this method can effectively evaluate the abnormal state of the distributed power load lean conversion device,and the accuracy rate is up to 99.2%.It provides a reference for improving the operation quality of the device.
