考虑新能源消纳的火电机组多时间尺度调度方法

在火电机组工作过程中,受到新能源消纳能力评估方法的影响,导致调度后机组新能源消纳比例较低,由此,提出考虑新能源消纳的火电机组多时间尺度调度方法.深入分析电力用户的需求响应情况,建立符合电力市场发展需求的调度模型.依托于概率分析算法,设计新能源消纳能力量化评估方法,得到新能源弃电率;结合消纳评估结果,从日前、日内2个尺度设计多时间尺度优化调度策略,按照长时间、短时间2种尺度,根据储能设备变化功率实时修正日内调度方案;将遗传算法与变异交叉操作相结合,获取最优调度解.算例分析结果表明,应用所提出的调度方法后,火电机组的新能源消纳比例有所提升.
Multi-time Scale Dispatching Method of Thermal Power Units Considering New Energy Consumption
In the working process of thermal power units,affected by the evaluation method of new energy consumption capaci-ty,the proportion of new energy consumption of units after dispatching is lower.Therefore,a multi-time scale dispatching method of thermal power units considering new energy consumption is proposed.This paper deeply analyzes the demand re-sponse of power users,and establishes a dispatching model in line with the development needs of power market.Based on the probabilistic analysis algorithm,a quantitative evaluation method of new energy consumption capacity is designed to obtain the power rejection rate of new energy.Combined with the consumption evaluation results,the multi-time scale optimal dispatching strategy is designed from the two scales of day ahead and day in,and the intra-day dispatching scheme is modified in real time according to the two scales of long time and short time and the changing power of energy storage equipment.The genetic algo-rithm is combined with mutation crossover operation to obtain the optimal dispatching solution.The example analysis results show that after the application of the proposed dispatching method,the new energy consumption proportion of thermal power units has increased.
