A Feasibility Study on AC/DC Dual Input Electric Boiler for Winter Heating in Northwest China
The northwest region has a greater demand for heating due to the cold winter,so the use of electric boilers is more frequent, but the land for power transmission corridors is more and more scarce. Therefore, this paper proposes to optimize the AC and DC lines in Northwest China so that they can be directly input to electric boilers. In order to solve the problem of the hybrid electric field of the transmission line, various parameters and influence conditions of the hybrid electric field are ana-lyzed,and a model is established to measure the electric field data. The experimental data select the temperature in winter in the northwest region in recent years, and temperature, ion mobility, and halo field strength, etc are used to analyze the line sit-uation.The distribution of the hybrid electric field of the parallel lines in winter and the data of the combined electric field of the parallel lines in winter are calculated by experiments, which proves the feasibility of the study and the AC line will have a shielding effect on the DC synthetic electric field.
