针对电网调度数据采集难、成本高、效率低现状,提出基于相似日与BA-WNN的电网调度自动化实时数据采集方法,促进电网调度数据的智能化管理,保障电网安全稳定运行.采用余弦相似度计算相似度指标,选取相似日并建立电网调度数据相似日样本集;将电网调度数据相似日样本集作为小波神经网络(WNN)的输入,通过蝙蝠算法(BA)代替WNN中的最快梯度下降法,不断优化WNN的权值和小波基系数,提升WNN的收敛效果,输出最佳的电网调度自动化实时数据采集结果.实验结果表明,该方法能够准确选取相似日,完成电网调度数据有效采集.
Real-time Data Collection Method for Power Grid Dispatch Automation Based on Similar Days and BA-WNN
To solve current problems of difficulty,high cost,and low efficiency in data collection for power grid dispatch,a re-al-time data collection method for power grid dispatch automation based on similar days and BA-WNN is proposed to promote intelligent management of power grid dispatch data and ensure safe and stable operation of the power grid.This paper calculate the similarity index by using cosine similarity,select similar days,and establish a sample set of similar days for power grid dis-patch data.The sample set of similar days of power grid dispatch data is used as the input of wavelet neural network(WNN),the bat algorithm(BA)is used to replace the fastest gradient descent method in WNN to continuously optimize the weights and wavelet basis coefficients of WNN.It improves WNN's convergence effect,and outputs the best real-time data collection re-sults for power grid dispatch automation.The experimental results show that this method can accurately select similar days and effectively collect power grid dispatch data.
