能源互联网环境下基于鲁棒优化的能量枢纽负荷调度

当前间歇性可再生能源发电(REG)的广泛并网影响了电力系统的可靠性和灵活性.通过将REG产生的剩余电力传输至电力转换天然气(PtG)、电力转换热能(PtH)等设备上,可有效提高系统灵活性和REG的消纳水平.为此,提出一个基于能源转换技术的住宅能量枢纽(EH)负荷调度模型,拟建的能量枢纽包括PtG、PtH、热电联产(CHP)机组、储热设备等.为了应对电价波动及不确定性,利用鲁棒优化模型来控制调度模型的鲁棒性水平.仿真结果表明,该模型在最小化运行成本和可靠运行方面具备有效性.
Load Dispatching of Energy Hub Based on Robust Optimization in Energy Internet Environment
Presently,the extensive grid connection of intermittent renewable energy generation(REG)affects the reliability and flexibility of power system.By transmitting the surplus power generated by REG to power to gas(PtG)and power to heat(PtH)equipment,the flexibility and the consumption level of REG can be effectively improved.This paper presents a load dis-patching model of residential energy hub(EH)based on energy conversion technology.The proposed EH includes PtG,PtH,combined heat and power(CHP)units and heat storage equipment.In order to deal with the fluctuation and uncertainty of elec-tricity price,the robust optimization model is taken to control the robustness level of the model.The simulation results show that the model is effective in minimizing operation cost and reliable operation.
