Research on Distribution Network Planning with DG Considering the Influence of Energy Storage
Traditional distribution network planning only considers the sustainability and cleanliness of distributed generation, but ignores the net load fluctuation caused by random output of distributed power. Therefore, combining the flexibility and controllability of energy storage device,a bi-level planning model of distribution network is proposed. The upper level solves the installation location and capacity of distributed generation and energy storage with the optimization goal of minimizing the annual comprehensive cost. The lower level aims to reduce the maximum power loss of the system.According to the upper lev-el optimization results, the power situation of distributed generation, energy storage device and adjustable load are calculated. The pathenogenetic algorithm and interior point method are used to solve the upper and lower level models respectively. The ef-fectiveness and economy of the bi-level planning model proposed in this paper are verified by an IEEE33 bus system design sim-ulation example.
