A Multi-task Real-time Decoupling Control Method Based on Fractional Order for Power Dispatching Network
In order to avoid the problem of delay in the execution time caused by the chaos in the network,a multi-task real-time decoupling control method based on fractional order for power dispatching network is proposed. The structure of fractional or-der multiple input and output system is constructed, and the linearization is extended to the input and output decoupling.Con-sidering the non-diagonal elements of the decoupled generalized transfer function, the decoupled generalized transfer function matrix is obtained.Combined with PID controller, the convergence speed is improved, the minimum positive values is effective-ly controlled, and a multi-task real-time decoupling controller is built to realize multi-task real-time decoupling control. The simulation results show that the power outage time of the proposed method is 1:40-3:00 and the power transmission time is 3:02,which is consistent with the real time, and can achieve the purpose of real-time and precise control of multi-task.
