在传统运行模式下,电网在安全性、经济性、消纳区外可再生能源等方面存在瓶颈.基于以电力为核心的能源生态架构,提出智能电网、泛在电力物联网和能源互联网建设背景下的城市海绵电网概念.分析城市海绵电网的建设意义、海绵电网的生态特征和海绵电网的组成,并给出海绵电网的评价体系,旨在为海绵城市电网的建设提出科学建议.
Construction of Sponge Urban Power Grid Based on Energy Ecological Architecture
In the traditional operation mode,the power grid has bottlenecks in security,economy,and absorption of renewable energy outside the area.Based on the energy ecological architecture and with electricity as the core,this paper proposes the concept of smart grid,urban sponge power grid under the background of smart grid,ubiquitous power Internet of Things and energy Internet construction.This paper analyzes the significance of the construction of urban sponge power grid,the ecological characteristics of the sponge power grid and the composition of the sponge power grid,and gives the evaluation system of the sponge power grid in order to put forward scientific suggestions for the construction of the sponge urban power grid.
