Design of Monitoring System for Transmission Line Anti-breaking Tower Status
Taking the monitoring of tower usage as an example,the design of transmission line anti-breaking monitoring system is carried out.It focuses on monitoring the status of the tower,deeply discusses the content and matters for attention in the se-lection of processors and sensors,and proposes a reasonable system design.In the system,ARM processor is selected as the core component of the tower front-end monitoring system,and the core part of the front-end operating system is STM32F4 pro-cessor,and MDK-ARM is used to build the integrated development environment(IDE)to achieve the system construction.The design consists of system construction,tilt test and wireless transmission.G510 module with multi-band GSM/GPRS is selected for testing.The test results show that when the cumulative tilt angle of the tower increases to the threshold,the alarm is triggered,and the data are transmitted to the cloud server and mobile App,which effectively improves the monitoring effi-ciency of tower status and has good practical application value.
