摘要

采用实现船舶电网稳定运行的变频负载控制方法可以有效解决船舶电网负载突加时引起的主机超负荷、电网频率低频振荡等方面问题,尤其适用于大型变频负载较多的电力推进船舶.基于船舶电网和变频负载的技术,设计实现船舶电网稳定运行的变频负载控制系统,阐述系统总体架构方案,给出目标负载功率计算方法和负载实时输出功率计算方法.系统的变频负载控制时效性强,可以避免电网产生较大的功率或频率波动和功率或频率越限,提高机组的使用寿命,实现电网的安全稳定运行,对于变频负载配置较多的船舶综合电力系统设计有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract

The variable frequency load control method is used to realize the stable operation of the ship power grid,which can effectively solve the problems of overload of the main engine and low-frequency oscillation of the power grid caused by sudden load increase of the ship power grid,especially for large electric propulsion ships with more variable frequency loads.Based on the techniques of ship power grid and variable frequency load,this paper designs a variable frequency load control system to re-alize the stable operation of ship power grid,describes the overall structure scheme of the system,and gives the calculation method of target load power and load real-time output power.The variable frequency load control of this system is highly effec-tive,which can avoid large power or frequency fluctuations and power or frequency out of limit generated by the power grid,improve the service life of the unit,and achieve safe and stable operation of the power grid.It has a certain reference signifi-cance for the design of the ship integrated power system with more variable frequency load.
