Intelligent mobile office is an important means to improve the efficiency of university office and save the time cost of teachers and students.The meeting arrangement system designed in this paper uses PHP scripting language and MySQL data-base as the main development technology,and relies on the Yibiaotong system to build a conference topic declaration platform.In this system,the functions of meeting agenda arrangement,meeting agenda modification,meeting waiting reminder and his-torical meeting inquiry can be realized,and real-time reminders of the meeting process can be sent to the participants of the up-coming topics by calling the enterprise WeChat interface.The realization of this system is conducive to accelerating the digitiza-tion process of universities and significantly improving the efficiency of daily office management.
