基于单片机技术的化工仪表自动化控制系统

针对化工仪表控制误差大、执行不灵活的问题,设计基于单片机技术(SCM)的化工仪表自动化控制系统.单片机控制数据采集模块,通过传感器采集化工仪表运行信号,并将运行信号转换为数字信号,对比化工仪表运行数据与目标控制数据,将二者的偏差作为PID控制器的输入,利用粒子群优化算法确定PID控制器的最佳控制参数,PID控制器基于最佳控制参数输出化工仪表自动化控制结果.系统测试结果表明,所设计系统可以实现温度仪表、压力仪表等化工仪表的自动化控制,化工仪表控制误差低于0.5%.
Automatic Control System of Chemical Instrument Based on Single Chip Microcomputer Technology
An automatic control system of chemical instrument based on single chip microcomputer(SCM)technology is de-signed to address the issues of large control errors and inflexible execution in chemical instruments.The data acquisition module is controlled by the single chip microcomputer.The operating signal of the chemical instrument is collected through the sensor and converted into a digital signal.The operating data of the chemical instrument are compared with the target control data.The deviation of the two is taken as the input of the PID controller.The particle swarm optimization is used to determine the optimal control parameters of the PID controller.The PID controller outputs the automatic control results of the chemical in-strument based on the optimal control parameters.The system testing results show that the designed system can achieve auto-matic control of chemical instruments such as temperature instruments and pressure instruments,and the control error is less than 0.5%.
