一种爆炸采集与同步触发系统研究与实现

在爆炸荷载下,建筑损毁研究存在多类型、多设备同时检测的触发问题,为此提出一种利用爆炸高温瞬间融化漆包线外层,使漆包线导通并产生下降沿脉冲,触发单片机(MCU)输入输出(IO)口中断,实现爆炸信号采集的方法.结合提出的"双一"法,产生快速同步触发信号;基于静电保护(ESD)技术对爆炸信号和同步触发信号保护,抑制范围±25 kV.基于RS485接口,采用高级加密标准(AES)算法处理通信数据,提高系统安全性,实现远程操控,使系统适用于多种场合.经实测,所提爆炸采集与同步触发系统的爆炸信号采集响应时间<0.7μs,触发延迟<0.3 μs,可靠性>99%,满足需求.
Research and Implementation of an Explosion Acquisition and Synchronous Triggering System
In the explosion load,there exists triggering problem of building damage when multiple types and devices are detected at the same time.This paper presents a method when the outer layer of the enameled wire is melted instantaneously by explo-sion high temperature,so that the enameled wire is turned on and the falling edge pulse is generated,and the input output(IO)port of the micro controller unit(MCU)is interrupted to realize the explosion signal acquisition.The proposed method can be called as"double one"method which is combined to generate a fast synchronous trigger signal.Based on electro-static discharge(ESD)technology,the explosion signal and synchronous trigger signal are protected,and the suppression range is±25 kV.Based on the RS485 interface,the advanced encryption standard(AES)algorithm is used to process the communication data to improve the security of the system,realize remote control,and make the system suitable for a variety of occasions.According to the actual measurement,the explosion acquisition and synchronous trigger system has an explosion signal acquisition re-sponse time less than 0.7 μs,trigger delay less than 0.3 μs,and reliability more than 99%,which meets the needs of the pro-ject.
