摘要

由于传统的三相直接式电能表检定装置逐渐不能满足R46国际标准的检定工作需求,设计一种符合R46国际标准的新一代多表位三相直接式电能表检验装置,该装置主要由信号源、线性功率放大器、三相标准电能表、误差计算器、穿心隔离式电流互感器、蓝牙通信转换器等组成.可以对2013版智能电能表、2020版智能电能表以及智能物联电能表进行兼容测试,完成基本误差、潜起动、电能表常数、电能表示值误差、计时准确度等常规测试项目,同时还能满足谐波电能准确度、谐波测量准确度等R46国际标准新增测试项目的要求.测试结果表明,该装置在同时检测32只直接式电能表时,可以稳定可靠地工作,技术指标满足设计要求.

Abstract

This paper introduces a new generation multi-meter three-phase direct electric energy meter inspection device that can meet the R46 international standard.The inspection device is mainly composed of signal source,linear power amplifier,three-phase standard electric energy meter,error calculator,through-center isolated current transformer,Bluetooth communication converter and so on.It can carry out compatibility tests on the 2013 version of smart electric energy meter,2020 version of smart electric energy meter and smart IoT electric energy meter,and complete routine test items such as basic error,latent start,electric energy meter constant,electric energy representation value error,timing accuracy,etc.At the same time,it can also meet the requirements of the new test items of the R46 international standard such as the accuracy of harmonic electric en-ergy and the accuracy of harmonic measurement.The test results show that the device can work stably and reliably when detec-ting 32 direct electric energy meters at the same time,and the technical indexes meet the design requirements.
