为了解决风光储互补系统稳定运行中功率补偿不足、耗能不够经济的问题,提出一种考虑配电网波动的风光储互补系统有功功率控制系统.系统构建时充分考虑风力发电系统与光伏发电系统之间的协同作用,同时对储能做出针对不同运行状态的优化控制.通过对风光储互补系统的实时在线优化,保证风光储互补系统在运行时更加经济高效,减少不必要的耗能以及避免产能过剩.结合某地风光储互补系统进行实际算例分析,改进系统能够更好促进风光储互补控制,减小有功功率偏差,及时调整方案.
Active Power Control System of Wind-solar-energy Storage Complementary System Considering Distribution Network Fluctuations
In order to solve the problems of insufficient power compensation and uneconomical energy consumption in the stable operation of wind-solar-energy storage complementary system,an active power control system of wind-solar-energy storage complementary system which considers the fluctuation of distribution network is proposed.The synergy between the wind pow-er generation system and the photovoltaic power generation system is fully considered in the construction of the system,and the energy storage is optimized for different operating states.Through the real-time online optimization of the wind-solar-energy storage complementary system,the wind-solar-energy storage complem-entary system is ensured to be more cost-effective and efficient in operation.It reduces unnecessary energy consumption and avoids overcapacity.Combined with the actual case analy-sis of the wind-solar-energy storage combined system in a certain place,the improved system can better promote the comple-mentary control of wind-solar-energy storage,reduce the deviation of active power,and adjust the scheme in time.
