Research on the Design of Medical Data Information Optimization Framework Combining Internet of Things Technology and Hybrid Encryption Algorithm
At present,the medical data information system has some problems such as low security and difficult sharing.Hence,a medical data information optimization framework combining Internet of Things technology and hybrid encryption algo-rithm is proposed to improve the security of medical data.On this basis,combined with relevant technologies of the Internet of Things,a medical data collection method is designed.A complete medical data information framework is built based on the su-per ledger.The experimental results show that the encryption speed of advanced encryption standard(AES)algorithm increa-ses with the increase of the amount of data,so that users can transmit any length of data according to the requirements.Using rivest shamir adleman(RSA)algorithm to encrypt the password for 10 times,the average encryption effects are 15 ms,94 ms respectively.The system encryption efficiency is higher.The research algorithm has better working stability and can meet the needs of practical medical environments in terms of functionality and performance.
