为了解决城市供电保障中存在耗时长和准确率低的问题,提出一种基于知识图谱的城市供电保障方法.通过数据中台获取供电服务的档案及量测数据,在此基础上,通过知识图谱技术进行供电设施巡视分析,对存在的隐患提出特巡建议.采用知识图谱技术对故障区域信息搜索、自动复电评估,并自动生成复电策略.在某城市供电公司应用该方法,结果表明其供电设施巡视分析准确率为99.4%,供电保障方法复电方案推荐准确率为97.8%,提高了城市供电应急抢修指挥决策分析准确率和指挥效率.
Urban Power Supply Guarantee Method Based on Knowledge Atlas
In order to solve the problems of long time and low accuracy in urban power supply guarantee,a method of urban power supply guarantee based on knowledge atlas is proposed.The archives and measurement data of power supply service are obtained through the data center.On this basis,the power supply facilities are analyzed by knowledge atlas technology,and the special inspection suggestions are made for hidden dangers.The knowledge atlas technology is used to search the information of the fault area,automatically assess the recovery,and automatically generate the recovery strategy.The method is applied in a city power supply company.The results show that the accuracy of inspection analysis of power supply facilities is 99.4%,and the recommended accuracy of power supply assurance method recovery scheme is 97.8%,which improves the analysis accuracy of urban power supply emergency repair command and command efficiency.
