Resource Allocation Algorithm for Backscatter Communication Based on Maximum Entropy Method
Aimed at the problems of communication efficiency reduction and uneven resource distribution caused by overlapping and chaotic distribution of backscatter communication nodes,a resource allocation algorithm for backscatter communication based on maximum entropy method is proposed.Taking the cumulative reward expectation of resources as the objective func-tion,the local optimal values of resource nodes in different states are obtained by maximum entropy method,and the maximum entropy parameters of resource allocation are solved by Berman iteration and successive recursion.Based on the concept of dis-tribution information entropy,according to the proportional relationship between information entropy and resource uniformity,the information entropy values and time delay variation parameters of nodes in different areas of backscatter communication are taken as constraints.It inputs the real-time state of backscatter coefficient,transmission power and the number of reflection terminal carriers into the constraint function to obtain the optimal resource allocation factor,and debugs the communication pa-rameters one by one according to the allocation factor until the optimal resource allocation condition is met.The experimental results show that the performance of the proposed method is excellent,and the energy efficiency of the communication system has been obviously improved and the resource allocation effect is better after application.
