摘要

为了应对层次分析法在量化主观评价指标时面临的困境,同时弥补模糊综合评价法在指标权重分配上的不足,提出一种基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的轨道交通运营模式评价方法.以重庆城市轨道交通为例,汇总调查分值并使用YAAHP软件进行数据处理,以此判断每个指标的权重高低;采用模糊综合评价方法建立模糊综合评级矩阵,合成模糊综合评价结果向量,得出重庆轨道交通运营模式的综合评价结果为一般.利用所提方法的评价结果与文献给出的评价结果保持在同级别的水平上,可为轨道交通运营模式的评价提供科学方法.

Abstract

In order to deal with the difficulties faced by analytic hierarchy process in quantifying subjective evaluation,and make up for the deficiency of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the weight allocation of indicators,this paper proposes an evaluation method of rail transit operation mode based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Taken Chongqing urban rail transit as an example,this paper summarizes the survey scores and uses YAAHP software for data pro-cessing to judge the weight of each index.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the fuzzy comprehen-sive rating matrix,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result vector is synthesized.The comprehensive evaluation result of Chongqing rail transit operation mode is general.The evaluation results of this method and the evaluation given in the literature are maintained at the same level,so it can provide a scientific method for the operation mode evaluation of rail transit.
