基于IEC 61850的地铁直流馈线保护信息建模研究

依据IEC 61850标准建立地铁直流馈线保护功能模型,包括实例化定时限过电流保护PTOC、低电压保护PTUV和接触网热过负荷保护PTTR逻辑节点,构建电流上升率和电流增量保护PDDL(DDL保护)及框架泄漏保护PFLC逻辑节点类.采用虚端子构建保护智能电子设备(IED)与其他设备之间的信息交互模型(虚拟输入/输出信息模型).利用标准中In-puts 刻画保护 IED内逻辑节点信息交互模型.3个相邻地铁变电所IED信息交互案例表明,双边联跳保护动作信息流可通过地铁直流馈线保护信息模型清晰展现,验证了方案的合理性和可能性.
Research on Protection Information Modeling of Metro DC Feeder Based on IEC 61850
A protection function model of metro DC feeder is established according to IEC 61850,including the logical nodes of definite time over-current protection PTOC,low voltage protection PTUV and cable thermal overload protection PTTR,and creation of the logical node classes of current-rising-rate and current increment protection PDDL(DDL protection)and frame-work leakage protection PFLC.It uses virtual terminal to construct information interaction model(virtual input/output infor-mation model)between protection intelligent electronic device(IED)and other devices.The Inputs in the standard are used to describe the information interaction model of the logical nodes in the protection IED.The cases of IED information interaction between three adjacent metro substations show that the action information flow of the two mutual transfer tripping protection can be clearly displayed through the metro DC feeder protection information model,which verifies the rationality and possibility of the scheme.
