校园快递智能无人车配送系统设计

考虑校园快递堆积、取件时间长等问题,提出一种方案,旨在将智能无人车应用到校园快递配送中.以STM32单片机作为主控制器,通过四路红外模块和GPS/北斗双模块BD卫星定位获取实时位置信息,输出平滑参考轨迹,电机转向和行进控制使用L293D完成.采用五路火焰检测模拟和数字双重输出检测火灾的发生;采用宽电压超声波模块HC-SR04和光电传感器模块E18-D80NK的漫反射式红外进行距离检测,实现避障;对循迹、避障、火焰报警和无线Wi-Fi通信进行系统融合.实车试验表明,方案能有效解决快递从业人员专业度参差不齐、人工成本高、快递堆积、丢件漏件、快递损毁、取件时间冲突等问题.
Design of Intelligent Unmanned Vehicle Distribution System for Campus Express
In order to solve the problems of express stacking and long pick-up time in campus,a scheme is proposed to apply in-telligent unmanned vehicles to carry out the campus express delivery.STM32 single-chip microcomputer is used as the main controller,four-channel infrared module and GPS/dual-module BD satellite positioning of BeiDou are used to obtain real-time data and output smooth reference track,and L293D is used to metor steering and travel control.The five-channel flame detec-tor is used to detect fire and the result is output in both analog and digital manners.Wide voltage ultrasonic module HC-SR04 and photoelectric sensor module E18-D80NK are adopted to measure distance through infrared diffuse reflection so as to realize obstacle avoidance.Tracking,obstacle avoidance,flame alarm and Wi-Fi communication system are integrated in this design.The real vehicle test shows that the scheme can effectively solve problems such as lack of professional express employees,high labor cost,express stacking,parcel missing and losing,express damage,pick-up time inconvenience.
