大规模分布式电源接入中低压配电网分层分区规划方法

针对忽略不同电压、容量配电网与大规模分布式电源之间匹配程度,线损较高的问题,设计一种大规模分布式电源接入中低压配电网分层分区规划方法.基于大规模分布式电源,选择T接入方式,基于分层分区的原则,建立计及大规模分布式电源的中低压配电网规划模型,分上、下两层建立模型,设定约束条件函数,引入量子遗传算法,反复更新中低压配电网分区规划结果,得到最优规划方案.实验结果表明,应用设计的规划方法后,大规模分布式电源接入中低压配电网的线损更少,运行的经济成本更低.
Hierarchical Zoning Planning Method for Large-scale Distributed Power Access to Medium and Low-voltage Distribution Networks
Aiming at the problem of high line loss caused by neglecting the matching degree between different voltage and capac-ity distribution networks and large-scale distributed power sources,a planning method for large-scale distributed generation ac-cess to medium and low-voltage distribution network based on hierarchical zoning is designed.Based on large-scale distributed generation,the T access mode is selected.Based on the principle of hierarchical zoning,the medium and low-voltage distribu-tion network planning model which considers large-scale distributed generation is established.The model is established at the upper and lower levels,the constraint function is set,the quantum genetic algorithm is introduced,and the zoning planning re-sults of medium and low-voltage distribution network are updated repeatedly to obtain the optimal planning scheme.The exper-imental results show that after applying the designed planning method,the line loss of large-scale distributed generation con-nected to medium and low-voltage distribution network is less and the economic cost of operation is lower.
