随着采煤机制动盘的智能化发展,现有监测方法无法准确捕捉制动盘运行状态中的潜在故障.为此,设计一种可以对智能制动盘进行多参数测试的光纤光栅传感器.选择不锈钢封装光纤光栅温度传感器,对该传感器进行测试性能表征,再以最小二乘法对测试结果进行拟合分析.结果表明,处于同样温度下时,温度传感器形成了相近中心波长,实现了良好重复性.灵敏度曲线形成了近线性的曲线,温度传感器可以获得理想线性度,能够满足制动盘油温测试要求.该光纤光栅温度传感器进行油温检测时可以使采煤机制动盘达到安全可靠度要求,在制动盘监测方面具有显著优势.
Temperature Intelligent Monitoring of Brake Disk of Coal Mining Mechanism Based on Fiber Grating Sensor
With the development of intelligent brake disc of coal mining mechanism,the existing monitoring methods can not ac-curately capture the potential faults in the operating state of the brake disc.To this end,a fiber grating sensor which can be used for multi-parameter testing of intelligent brake disc is designed.A stainless steel encapsulated fiber grating temperature sensor is selected to characterize its test performance,and the test results are fitting analyzed by least square method.The re-sults show that at the same temperature,the temperature sensor forms a similar central wavelength,which achieves good re-peatability.The sensitivity curve forms a nearly linear curve,and the temperature sensor can obtain the ideal linearity,which can meet the requirements of the brake disc oil temperature test.The fiber grating temperature sensor can achieve the safety and reliability requirements of the brake disc of coal mining mechanism when the oil temperature is detected,and has a signifi-cant advantage in the monitoring of the brake disc.
