针对模块化多电平换流器(MMC)在高压大功率领域模块数成倍增加时,子模块电容均压算法复杂且其控制系统设计困难等问题,提出一种分布式均压控制的子模块拓扑,将子模块电压均衡控制集成到子模块内,简化系统级控制的设计.详细分析该拓扑的均压原理和工作状态,设计一种基于滞环比较器的分布式均压方法,并分析均压模块电感参数选取原则.利用MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建仿真模型,验证所提MMC子模块分布式均压控制的有效性和可行性.
Distributed Voltage Sharing Control Strategy for Sub Module of Modular Multi-level Converter
When modular multi-level converter(MMC)has a large number of modules in high-voltage and high-power field,the capacitor voltage sharing algorithm of sub module is complex and the control system design is difficult.Hence,a sub module topology of distributed voltage sharing control is proposed.The sub module voltage balancing control is integrated into the sub module,which simplifies the design of system level control.The voltage sharing principle and working state of the topology are analyzed in detail,a distributed voltage sharing method based on hysteresis comparator is designed,and the selection principle of inductance parameters of the voltage sharing module is analyzed.A simulation model is built by MATLAB/Simulink to veri-fy the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed MMC sub module distributed voltage sharing control.
